Field Use Regulations for Westfield Public School Athletic Fields:
Middle & High School – field use form will be approved by the Athletic Director and forwarded to the Business Office for further processing.
(Westfield High School, North Middle School, South Middle School, Jachym Field, Bullen’s Field)
Elementary Schools – field use form will be approved by the Principal of that school and forwarded to the Business Office for further processing.
